I’m on day three of a juice fast. I’ve lost ten pounds since four days ago, and I’m kind of happy. I hope I can keep it up. I want to lose 30+ pounds within the next month or so. I just want to be beautiful. I don’t even mind my body, but my face always looks awful to me, so I need something to feel confident in. I looked in the mirror the other night, and burst into tears....
